Soffritto works hard to ensure that all our products are made to high-quality standards & shipped on time and accurately.
Customers have 3 days from the day they received their item to request a replacement, refund policy or returns. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable in any case.
First of all, if you would like to refund or return for any reasons, please contact Soffritto support at [email protected]
1. When can I request a replacement item?
A: Each product has to be inspected carefully before delivered. But mistakes are inevitable and to make sure that all customers are satisfied, we offer replacement items for any of the following reasons:
- The product itself is flawed;
- The quality of the printing is poor;
- The final product is materially different than the design presented on our website;
- The following information on the product is not the same as the order: type, size, color, printing content.
2. How do I return items?
A: Because our products are custom printed for your order, we do not accept the return. If you have any problem with the item you purchased, please let us know at Soffritto and let our support team do our best to assist you. We will not be responsible for refund or exchange if you return items on your own without contacting us first. Please don’t return items to the address writing on the package. Thank you for your understanding!
If the customer would like to return the item we only accept the return of items if they meet all of the following conditions:
- Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging
After contacting Soffritto support at [email protected] and receive our response, please do exactly following The Return Instructions:
Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email
Go to the local post office, or another courier to ship the package to this address: <China address>

Please provide us the tracking number from the post office or couriers.
You will receive an email as soon as we received your items. We will also send you another email to notify you if we approve or reject to refund in your case. It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
3. Can I exchange for switching the size/color of the product?
A: We offer exchange 1 size smaller or bigger than the original size on the order size. In this case, the shipping and handling fee is $15 for t-shirts and $20 for the others. Please contact us using the contact form or by email for the earliest support.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Soffritto support at [email protected]. We’ll make it right.
4. Lost your packing list?
Pack in the original packaging, unwashed and unworn in resalable condition with original warranty info, package inserts, etc. with your name, address, and phone number (or alternatively a copy of the invoice) describing what action you’d like us to take once we receive the item.
Email: [email protected] your order # and your problems and we will send you the return label/address. (Because we have a network of Factories and Warehouses in Asia, Australia, and North America )
If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 10 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you in reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Soffritto reserves the right to deny any return request.
After our customer service team accepted your request, you can ship back the exchange item to us and there are no additional shipping charges for us to send your exchange to you. If there is any payment due as a result of the difference between the items, please enclose the additional charge and payment method with your exchange.
Issued in the same manner the purchase was made, usually same day we receive in our warehouse. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card credits to show up on your statement. Checks are mailed within two weeks. If you purchased your item through PayPal, we process the return and they will credit your account. Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable unless we made the error.
Sorry, due to our low price points we’re unable to accept “return postage due” items, COD’s, issue call tags or pay for the return postage and such packages will be refused.
Soffritto has the right to charge a small restocking fee in the event of a return not in resealable condition or a product abuse or misuse. Contact us if you have any questions.
